In 2005 ZSA Legal Recruitment formed a sister company, ZSA-X Financial Services Recruitment. The first hire in Toronto was TK and he hit the ground running as he helped create the Toronto “footprint” for ZSA-X. Leveraging his 30 years of experience in the Capital Markets, TK used his Blackberry full of thousands of contacts to “find people for spots and spots for people”. His success was quickly evident and TK was soon promoted to his current position of National Managing Director. Through ZSA-X’s extensive web-site, the CFA, several university alumni web-sites; Canadian recruitment websites and the financial press, ZSA-X advertises its “mandates” to the global financial community. ZSA-X has over 4000 candidates in its system and services dozens of clients in the financial community. Positions have been filled in sales and trading, research, investment banking, risk, strategy and compliance. In addition ZSA-X is proud to have received mandates for and filled CFO, CCO and COO roles as well as portfolio management, wholesale and high net worth sales positions.
