I was hired for a Litigation Legal Assistant Position. I was looking to leave my current position and found the job posting on Indeed.  I contacted ZSA regarding the position through e-mail. They were wonderful! After speaking with them on the phone, I left the telephone conversation feeling like they knew exactly what I wanted out of my next position. They understood what types of job opportunities I would be good for and that I would enjoy. Any questions I had, ZSA was able to provide answers with little wait time. Overall I have nothing negative to say about my experience with ZSA. I felt like they were looking out for me and where I would best fit rather than just trying to fill positions with bodies. I’ve used two other recruiting companies before ZSA and I found ZSA to be by far the best. The first company I used they were more concerned about just filling a position rather than finding the best fit and once I turned down an offer they stopped looking for me altogether. The second company I used was good, but they would contact me at my current job which I found to be extremely frustrating. I think ZSA did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new role.
