We are working with a cutting-edge innovative company headquartered in Vancouver, looking to hire an experienced commercial lawyer to join their existing legal team. This is a pure growth role as the company is right in the middle of an exciting expansion.

The bulk of the role over the first few months will be responsible for working with business units right across the company, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements related to the company’s local and global operations, as well as assisting with various other legal matters related to the company’s operations.  It will develop into a broader role in time, after the contracts-heavy expansion piece settles down.

Our client is ideally looking for a lawyer with a strong background in corporate commercial & transactional law and extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
