7 – 14 years | Edmonton or Calgary

We are working exclusively with an Alberta energy utility company, now looking for an experienced lawyer to join their well-established and close knit Regulatory team.

Ideally you will have at least 7 years experience, with a strong background in utilities regulatory law in Alberta and strong writing and interpersonal skills. This position involves preparing regulatory submissions, filings and proceedings, providing legal advice pertaining to compliance with regulatory obligations as well as providing legal support to other internal business teams from time to time as needed.

On offer here is a terrific opportunity to join a collaborative and high functioning regulatory team with a great culture. The team is located in the greater Edmonton area and that location is the preference, but there may be the ability to work from the Calgary office for the right candidate. The company offers a flexible work program with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
