Our client, a global leader in their space in the tech industry, is looking for an experienced Securities lawyer to join their dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have around 4 to 6 years’ securities, corporate governance, corporate M&A experience. Some cross-boarder or US-related experience would also be useful. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for technology space, interested in tackling a broad range of legal issues in a fast-paced, collaborative and friendly environment, within a progressive company which is highly committed to diversity & inclusion. This role can be fully remote, working hours are largely within BC timezone.
