ZSA is working with an active and successful group of Canadian-based mining and exploration companies, dual-listed on the TSX and NYSE.  They are now seeking a hands-on, energetic lawyer to join their busy office as the group’s in-house Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in M&A, capital markets, Securities compliance, and general corporate/commercial law. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is looking to get involved in daily operations of the company from a legal perspective and ultimately transitioning into a more commercial role in the business.
