Our client is a growing Montreal-based company in the global entertainment industry. In order to serve their growing needs, they are looking to add a legal advisor to their legal team, which already consists of several lawyers across the United States and Canada.

Supporting the Montreal office, you will deal with all legal issues relating to day-to-day Canadian operations. You will advise the business teams on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, corporate law, labour & employment law and from time to time, on privacy issues. In commercial matters, you will negotiate and draft various contracts, including technology, sales and online advertising contracts. You will put processes in place to maximize work efficiency and ensure the legal compliance of advertising campaigns on various social media channels. You will also act as a resource for all matters related to Quebec law.
