We are working with a leading global advisory firm in the financial services sector, now looking for a Part-time In-house lawyer working remotely in BC.

This is a broad general in-house position, supporting the business across various areas including general Corporate, commercial, employment, corporate governance, contract negotiation etc.  Some M&A experience would be useful as the company is in strong growth mode.
