Our client, Landmark Advisory Services, is a unique full-service commercial real estate consulting firm, exclusively for tenants, that acts as an extension of its clients. Landmark provides comprehensive services to hundreds of real estate projects per year, across Canada.

They are now looking for a Legal Counsel to complete their team of four other law professionals.

On a daily basis, you will be called upon to negotiate and draft all documentation related to commercial real estate for clients located throughout Canada. You will ensure the management of risks and the protection of Landmark’s interests as well as those of its clients with respect to their real estate activities. You will advise clients on the interpretation of the duties and obligations of the parties and provide them with recommendations. You will ensure that the company complies with real estate and corporate regulations.
