Our client is an international consulting firm, serving a sophisticated and diverse client base of multinationals, large corporations, institutions and very large SMEs. As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire a commercial lawyer to join their legal department.

On a daily basis, you will support the business units in tenders and negotiate and draft commercial contracts, many of which are IT related. You will also be called upon to deal with issues related to the protection of personal information and privacy.

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, but at the same time are looking for a certain structure, without having to compromise on access to all necessary resources? You have relevant experience in commercial law, particularly in the area of calls for tenders, are bilingual and a member of a Canadian provincial bar?
