Our client, a prestigious business law firm, is actively looking for a motivated litigation lawyer to join their dynamic Advocacy Group on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing the candidate to reside anywhere in Canada, as long as they are called to the bar in Alberta. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of experience in professional liability defense, with a particular focus on the health sector. Candidates with personal injury experience with exposure to the professional regulatory sector will also be considered.
