Our client, a leading private equity boutique firm headquartered in downtown Vancouver is seeking a junior to mid-level Paralegal to join their dynamic and tight-knit team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years law firm or in-house experience with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced lawyers and other paralegals on a range of corporate matters and M&A transactions involving top-tier clients.
