Our client is a boutique law firm based in Montreal. Due to a high volume of activity, they are looking for a lawyer to join their Montreal team.

As part of your duties, you will be involved in transactional tax and estate planning files for a clientele of businesses and high net worth individuals. You will work on files involving companies and individuals based in Canada with assets or beneficiaries in the United States, and files relating to asset transactions located in Canada or the United States, etc.
