Our client, a collaborative and diverse law firm in downtown Vancouver, is now seeking a Securities Paralegal to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be a graduate of a recognized Diploma/Certificate program with at least 5 years’ securities experience within a law firm environment, assisting lawyers and clients with respect to securities filing, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing security-related transactions.
