As a pivotal player in this team, you’ll have plenty of work both on the borrow-side, guiding corporate clients through the intricacies of regulations, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as acting as counsel for both domestic and foreign chartered banks, along with a diverse array of financial organizations. You’ll also be supported by a national team of experts and have the resources of junior associates and considerable administrative support readily available.
