I was placed as a Senior Compliance Analyst after applying to some job posts on LinkedIn and randomly fell on a post from Jason.  I had an excellent experience and Jason provided efficient and direct communication.  What was particularly of value to me was his help in streamlining the process and easier connection with the hiring manager.   Previously, I had not used other recruiters and feel that ZSA did a good job!

We were hiring for a legal counsel position. Prior to engaging ZSA, we ran our own search and found some good candidates but they just didn’t work out. We turned to ZSA to provide a smaller but better qualified group of candidates so we could move quickly on filling the position. Our experience with Jason was excellent. He was very quick; he was very responsive; and, he understood the type of candidate/skills we were looking for. We worked with Jason at his previous firm and would use the services of ZSA again in the future.

As a partner, we were having considerable difficulty filling a gap in our talent roster.  Knowing that we are in a specialized practice area, it became readily apparent that the search was going to be difficult – but we did not realize how difficult it would be to find someone with the appropriate skill-set and experience.  We reached out to Jason and our experience dealing with him was excellent.   Communication occurred in a timely fashion and he wanted to take the time to get to know me, my practice style, and the need that we were looking to fill.  I expected this assisted in finding candidates that would be a good match and helping to “sell” the position to the candidate.   ZSA was helpful and able to use its broad network to engage with various contacts.   ZSA also appeared to truly understand the particular set of skills and experience we needed and did not waste our time with potential candidates that did not fit the bill.  We will use their services again in the future.

I was placed as a Legal Counsel and dealt with Jason who reached out to me with a cold call.  I had a good experience. Jason kept in frequent contact even when he was clearly very ill. Jason was also very patient and compassionate with my extreme anxiety in waiting for the contract to come through and prevented me from blowing the deal.  What I found of particular value was Jason making me aware of the position and submitting my application.  He facilitated execution of the contract and acted as filter for my anxious energy.  I have not used any recruiters before but would use ZSA again.  Thank you Jason!
