Our client is a major firm with a national IP practice, now looking for an experienced IP Lawyer / Patent agent, as part of their growth strategy in that space. You will have strong patent drafting and prosecution experience, and ideally a background in computer science, physics, optics, material science, chemistry, or some other technical discipline. There will be outstanding support for you to help grow and develop the firm’s profile and practice in the patent space.

You can either focus entirely on patent work, or there is also considerable scope to undertake a broader IP practice, including trademark and industrial design prosecution and portfolio management, advising clients on commercialisation of their IP portfolios, and providing IP support and advice on corporate transactions & disputes.
