This is a part-time Of Counsel role, ideal for candidates with a strong commercial/corporate transactional background, including those in the estate planning space as well as professors in Trusts. The position offers flexibility to maintain a complementary practice in areas like tax, litigation, or pensions, either within the firm or externally, and even allows professors to continue their academic careers.
