I was placed as a Legal Assistant and had an excellent experience dealing with Kareyn.  Kareyn was easy to chat with; she made sure I understood the process clearly;  and, she was very helpful throughout the interviewing process.  She also provided tips on improving my resume and gave me helpful notes on what to say in the interview all while being great with follow up which I found very valuable.  I have used recruiters previously and ZSA was much more involved and helpful throughout the process.
