Our client, one of Canada’s leading business law firms is now seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Corporate Services Department in downtown Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal Diploma plus at least 5 years of direct experience in corporate law practice. Proficiency with computers including advanced MS Word, Excel, Internet, applicable corporate records software (e.g. ALF & Athennian) and other relevant software programs is an asset. The firm currently offers a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
