Our client, a well-known local law firm, is seeking an intermediate associate on the solicitor side to join their busy downtown practice.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years, post call experience in a general practice, working on real estate matters, general corporate/commercial files including mergers and acquisitions, and commercial lending files. This role is a great opportunity to work with all the business law solicitor partners in the firm, which allows for growth and skill development across various areas of commercial practice, before deciding where you ultimately want to specialize.
