We were looking to hire a litigation associate and engaged ZSA because Orit is the best at what she does! Prior to reaching out we had ran a couple of general public postings. She was excellent to work with – you don’t need me to tell you that Orit is the best in the business. We found her connections very helpful and valued her opinion. We have used other recruiters in the past and ZSA is above the rest; we will use their services again.

We were hiring for a mid-level tax associate and dealt with Amrit. Initially, we attempted to find someone using the lawyers’ informal network. When this did not produce any results, we reached out to ZSA. We had an excellent experience with Amrit and she was able to identify a potential candidate and kept us in the loop through the entire hiring process. We would use the services of ZSA again.

I worked with Warren to hire a Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel. We engaged ZSA because we had worked with ZSA before with great results. We did not make any attempts to recruit as this was an urgent need. Working with Warren was excellent and I appreciated the constant communication, clarity and transparency. I also appreciated the advice on market conditions, candidates and the proactive speedy approach in general. What was of particular value were finding us excellent candidates.

As a partner, we were having considerable difficulty filling a gap in our talent roster. We reached out to Jason and our experience dealing with him was excellent. Communication occurred in a timely fashion and he wanted to take the time to get to know me, my practice style, and the need that we were looking to fill. I expected this assisted in finding candidates that would be a good match and helping to “sell” the position to the candidate.
