Our client is a highly regarded full-service law firm in downtown Vancouver, currently looking for an Associate to join their busy Corporate team.
This role involves working on private company M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate commercial files. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 8 years relevant experience and preferably exposure to construction and/or energy regulatory work. A strong aptitude for business development and a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships are essential for this position.
