Legal Aid BC | 8 – 16+ years | Surrey

ZSA is working with Legal Aid BC, to find a Managing Lawyer to lead up a new Family Law clinic in Surrey. You will be responsible for managing the Office, with a team of staff lawyers, advocates, paralegals and legal administrative staff reporting into you. You will also be working as the senior lawyer in that clinic, providing legal counsel and representation in a wide range of family law / child protection matters (on a reduced caseload to allow time for your management responsibilities). This role involves overseeing the delivery of professional legal services, supervising operations and resources, and liaising with the Vancouver Regional Centre on various initiatives.

Salary range: $115,000 – $148,500
