We are working exclusively with a high-profile Vancouver group of companies, a well-known brand, now looking for an junior corporate commercial lawyer to work directly with their General Counsel.

They are looking for a lawyer with around 1 to 2 years’ experience in corporate, M&A and commercial contracting matters. The role itself is a truly broad one, touching on any legal problem which may come up for one of their group companies across a wide range of industries. It’s a busy and demanding position, where practical common sense, emotional intelligence and a strong client-service ethic are key.
