We’re working with a major private company in electrical and industrial products, now looking for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house team, working from their office in Surrey.

Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Counsel, you will be the main point of contact in BC, working closely with the business units in a broad in-house role, with a real focus on commercial and corporate matters. Strong contractual expertise is a must, as well as M&A deal experience.
