Our client, one of the top Vancouver law firms is now seeking a Securities Paralegal to join their dynamic Business Law practice group. The successful candidate will be a graduate of a recognized Diploma/Certificate program with at least 5 years’ securities experience within a law firm environment, assisting lawyers and clients with respect to securities filing, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing security-related transactions.
