Our client is an established, full-service firm in Ottawa looking to add to its partnership ranks. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lawyer with a portable book to take advantage of the firm’s unique and lucrative compensation model. A contribution to overhead (~$200k annually) provides access to Associates, support staff, office space, and an established infrastructure. All revenue generated above this overhead contribution is kept by the incumbent.  An excellent opportunity for an established practitioner to leverage a plug-and-play platform.
