ZSA is looking for a Research Associate/Headhunter to support its busy and successful recruitment team in Toronto. No experience in recruitment is required, but candidates should have a high level of professionalism, strong oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, excellent research and computer skills, and attention to detail. Experience in the legal industry would be a great asset.

The successful candidate will support the recruitment process for in-house and private practice legal searches through sourcing, attracting, and evaluating talent, and leveraging tools to attract top candidates for ZSA’s clients.
