Our Bay Street client is looking for a trademarks lawyer to join its highly-rated IP team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in trademark prosecution, and must be a registered Trademark Agent. The firm would ideally add someone as Counsel (with reduced billable targets) but is open to discussing a traditional Associate role as well.
