I was placed as Senior Legal Counsel and dealt with Althea.  I reached out to ZSA as I wanted to work with a third party recruiter.  My experience was excellent.  Althea effectively liaised between myself and the employer; she gave helpful feedback; and, was receptive to my concerns.  I have used other recruiters in the past but ZSA has been more responsive/constructive/helpful.
