I was placed as a Leasing Law Clerk and applied to a ZSA job advertised on Indeed.  I had a good experience with Kareyn with no issues and found the process helpful and yet discreet (i.e., not pushy or overly inquiring of every step, etc.).  My ZSA Consultant went above and beyond because she felt I was a seriously strong candidate and presented me to the company.  I have worked with numerous other recruiters but I preferred Kareyn’s and ZSA’s approach.  Sometimes recruiters act as though they are interviewing me and judging my skills and I dislike feeling like I’m having to prove myself – my CV and my past roles should speak for themselves.  I want recruiters to make me feel like they are on my side and not like I’m applying for their help; it is a mutual assisting going on.
