We needed to fill a Senior VP, Asset Management role and contacted ZSA due to their reputation for this type of search. Once we upgraded our search and started to work with Warren and his team the service was fantastic. Warren has a very good understanding not only of the position we were seeking but also the industry that I work for which, in my opinion, is a critical qualification for a search firm. You may have several candidates to introduce, but if you aren’t familiar with the industry you are searching for then I think it’s more difficult to find the right fit. We have used other recruiters in the past but not for this position.  I would use the services of ZSA again.
