We were looking to hire a General Counsel and reached out to Mike.  ZSA is a well-recognized firm working in several Canadian provinces.  I made no effort!  I just asked the ZSA Montreal Office and Mike (Vancouver Office) called me back!  My experience working with Mike was excellent.  He was very proactive; the candidates provided were high quality candidates; and, we had a very good follow up by Mike.  He also brought great value to the hiring process in that the recruitment process was fairly rapid and he was very hands on and helped us analyze the candidates.  This was the first time I used a recruiter and I would use the services of ZSA again.
