I was hired in a Legal Assistant/Paralegal position. I would rate my experience with ZSA a 10. They made themselves very available for me in terms of questions and were excellent in communicating my wishes and concerns to the employer. They seemed very engaged in ensuring both parties were completely satisfied. I have used other recruiters and I feel like at times they are too slow or not as proactive. ZSA recommended the position to me and within a week I had the interview. I have worked with other recruiters for years that to this day have never been able to secure me a temp or permanent position. I would absolutely use ZSA again and recommend them to friends.
