I was placed as an Associate Real Estate Lawyer and dealt with Althea.  I contacted ZSA as they had a number of job postings that corresponded with my skills and interests.  I was also independently applying for positions simultaneously.  My experience with Althea was excellent and she was a pleasure to work with.   She responded promptly to all of my questions and provided helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process.  She was also most helpful in forwarding key positions of interest to me and providing support with questions that I had during the application and offer process.  I have not previously used recruiters in the past and it was a pleasure working with ZSA and Althea and I would absolutely recommend them to colleagues who are searching for a new position.
